At Vacaopo, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund processes. Refunds are processed based on the cancellation terms of your specific booking and the policies of our third-party suppliers.

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms outlined in this policy.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Cancellations made within the free cancellation period
  • Bookings cancelled due to supplier-caused issues
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not delivered as promised (subject to review)
  • Flight cancellations by airline (non-weather related)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Non-refundable bookings (clearly marked at booking)
  • Cancellations made after the refund deadline
  • No-shows without prior cancellation
  • Voluntary changes or downgrades
  • Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, etc.)
  • Travel insurance claims (file directly with insurer)
