At Vacaopo, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund processes. Refunds are processed based on the cancellation terms of your specific booking and the policies of our third-party suppliers.
By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms outlined in this policy.
Refund Eligibility

- Cancellations made within the free cancellation period
- Bookings cancelled due to supplier-caused issues
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service not delivered as promised (subject to review)
- Flight cancellations by airline (non-weather related)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Non-refundable bookings (clearly marked at booking)
- Cancellations made after the refund deadline
- No-shows without prior cancellation
- Voluntary changes or downgrades
- Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, etc.)
- Travel insurance claims (file directly with insurer)
